Jun 5, 200224 yr Good luck! I hopefully I will be starting my Lpn-Rn program soon. . I am still taking a couple of prerequesites this summer and plan to go right into the program in August. I take your actual Nursing program is only a year? That is cool. Mine is 18 mths long , but I have the option of taking afternoon or morning classes. This will help with my current work schedule.

Jun 9, 200224 yr Author Thanks for all the well wishes everyone!I'm still on cloud nine...even after having our first quiz! I'm one of those strange people who LOVE school. They have these real neat computerized manequins (sp?) that talk, have "real" heart beats, lungs sounds, etc. The instructor programs it do different things and you have to assess what the problem is. VERY COOL!Good luck to everyone on their journey!Christine
