Weekend shift premiums???

I just recieved and offer but the job is an evening weekend shift at a SNF. When I asked about a weekend shift premium,& they said . It does however have a evening shift premium but thats it. Any job I've ever had has incorporated a weekend premium. Do most of your guys get Weekend shift premiums? Should I negotiate or keep looking? especially since they really need someone asap.

thx for your responses

1.50 for evens. nothing for weekends.

We get $1 for weekends.

As to your question: If it's important to you, tell them you require it. If they still say no, move on down da road. If you don't care, accept the job without the requirement.

No weekend diff. I'd prefer to just not work my Saturday nights since I don't get compensated extra for it but I do enjoy getting some kind of paycheck.. Even if it's measly.

Idk. Most places near where I am have weekend diffs. But I am not sure about the state position I will be starting.

The shift is for weekends only, from 3-11:30p. If they say no then I'll probably just move on unless they have another shift available.
