Wake Tech Fall 2017 start

Hi all! Just wondering who will be applying to the Wake Tech RN program in January, for the Fall 2017 start? I'm finishing up BIO168, BIO175, PSY241 and SOC210 this semester. If I can maintain all As, and get 12 points on my ATI TEAS, I'll have 161 points. Based on the last two classes' initial acceptance ranges, I feel like I'll be an alternate. :dead:

I did but I sent mine via email.

I received a confirmation email, but I submitted my application via email.

Anyone heard anything about the number of applicants or the point range for Fall 2017?

i went by last week to ask and they told me they hadn't even started counting. they received a lot of incomplete applications. what they mean by that is some applied with out having their CNA, enough paid hours as a CNA, TEAS exam.. ect. but that letters should be in our hands by the end of march!

By the end of the month, do you mean the end of February? If so, that's great. If some people submitted incomplete applications, I wonder if they automatically get denied?

Sorry, I just realized I read that wrong. You said by the end of March.

Wow. I would assume they can't accept those applications, since it clearly states on the application that those things are required.

Yes I agree because you definitely have to have your CNA to be accepted anyhow, and same thing with teas so I would honk automatic denial.

I hope that having "a lot" of incomplete applicants means there is hope for people like me who applied with points on the low side. I don't mean to sound like I am delighting in someone else's mistake. I did go back and check my application to make sure I submitted everything required. Lol. You can't be too careful.

I applied as well for the fall 2017 start. I hope I have a chance to get in being that the fall is supposedly much more competitive than the spring. If I counted my points correctly, I have 179 points. We shall see in March though. I'm pretty sure I submitted everything required, but I am an over thinker. I wish they would send an email stating that they received our application.

CNA2204 I'm an over thinker too. I can drive myself nuts over thinking things. Speaking of over thinking, when you guys log on to Web Advisor, does it show that you are admitted to the pre-nursing program? And does it show your progress? Mine show that I have completed 50+ credit hours, but at the bottom where it lists the prerequisites or co-requisites, it doesn't show that any are completed. But I have all but one completed. Before I email Wake and ask this question I thought I would ask you guys if your Web Advisor looks the same as mine. I'd hate to not be accepted into the program because my credits were not in the system properly.
