Does anyone know of any nursing schools without a waiting list. I've heard of a few, but no where near Miami. Any state will do, if you know about any tell me about it and its location.

Thanks

Check out the private colleges. Alot of ours have no waiting list because they are so much more expensive than the community colleges.

Goodwin College in East Hartford Connecticut. It is very expensive private college though, but I am happy there.

i recently applied at barry university in miami shores. they dont have a wating list YET!!! but you can only start in januart 2006. I got accepted last week. They tell you very quickly if you get accepted or not. Call them as soon as you can to schedule an appt. with an advisor. 305- 899-3100

No any of the colleges in Alabama (community, university or private)...have waiting lists...you just have to reapply ever semester...and all of them go by G.P.A. in certain prereq's !!! However, they are pretty competitive!!

There are quite a few CC's in North Carolina that don't have waiting lists. They go by point systems. A few of these are Asheville-Buncombe Tech, Fayetteville Tech, Central Carolina CC, and Wake Tech.

I appllied last month. and last week I got a letter saying that I wasn't accepted. By any chance would you know why? Did you apply early? So far what do you know about Barry University. Please help. I really wanted to get in this school. When did you apply and what is you GPA. I'd like to know, to check more or less what the school looks for.

Hi. I applied at Barry last month. I had a 3.0 GPA. Did you have all of your pre-reqs finished? Did you get denied admission from the school of Nursing or just from general admission? because i know that barry once you get denied admission from the school of nursing, my advisor there told me that you could never apply there again. like i said, did you have all of your science pre- req finished because those are really important.

Hi I applied with a 3.0 GPA too, all my sciences courses done, but somehow I was denied. I'm so disappointed. I talked to them today and they told me I couldn't apply again. You're very fortunate. do your best cuz a lot of people wish they were going there.
