Versant Program

I'm wondering if anyone has done a Versant Program. If you're not familiar with it check out the website www.versant.org Share any of your experiences/opinions dealing with this program here! Thanks!

Sounds pretty good if it actually is like what they say it is. I just applied to a hospital that has that program for its nurse residency. Having support is one the major issues facing us newer nurses, learning to use critical thinking skills is another.

I think that the University of Miami Hospital uses this program. It seems pretty good.

I am currently in a Versant program... did you have any specific questions?

Hi,

I am really interested in the Versant Nurse Residency program. If there is anyone who has gone through this program, please let me know if you liked it or not. Any information about the program would be great!

Thanks in advance!

I am also interested!

LuvofNursing-How long have you been in it? HOw do you like it so far? How many students finish the program/what is the success rate? WHat hospital are you at? lol

Lots of questions!

Some people say 18 weeks is too many weeks for training, but I think as a new grad I could use as much as possible, how do you like it so far?
