has anyone received their separate email regarding texas BON background checks?

Hi everyone. Can I join this thread? I was accepted into the On-Campus RN program at UTA and waitlisted for the AP program. I accepted the on-campus therefore it removed my name from the waitlist for the AP program.

I am really excited and nervous at the same time and I can't wait for August to get here.

I was accepted into the on-campus program. I was waitlisted for the AP online program.

I am in the Dallas area.....Arlington

I have not, and I even sent a request through the BON site. I was also notified that I am waitlisted, and am not partnered. I am currently enrolled in Pharm, Intro to nursing, and Family Nursing (nurs elective)- tentatively I will take Patho in the summer.

Maybe if I can get partenred I would have a better shot at this, I am quite discouraged as I was involved with a BIOTECH AAS and an ADN program that were both shut down, and I feel like I have met the fork in the road so many times.

If I don't get into UTA, after taking the classes that only they consider, I will just pay to go to Chamberlain. I'm past ready to be a nurse!!!

I haven't received the BON email yet. I was told that confirmation email will come out April 8th.

I am so nervous. Still waiting for my letter. Taking Pharma at the moment.

What BON email are you talking about?

Sure2BaRN,BSN,RN we are talking about the email for the texas BON background check.

The Nursing BON Background Check email might even come as late as April 11 via blackboard

Is anyone else applying to TCC Nursing as well as UTA???? I have been waitlisted with UTA
