UT Houston Summer 2010 Accelerated Program

soooooo... I'm getting annoyed with Student Services! They wont tell me anything! I give them my A#, told them that I'm accepted and I just want more info on what to do now, and they keep saying to wait for my admissions packet! That won't get here until April! I have to move back to Houston so the sooner I get things done, the easier the transition will be. Convenience is not high on their priority list.

What kinds of things are you trying to figure out from the student affairs office? I've been trying to call them to get information also, and I've gotten a few things here and there. Thought I might be able to help if they had given me any of the information you were looking for. I agree though, they are so unhelpful! How hard is it to answer a few questions?!

I just checked UTLINK and I have been granted provisional acceptance! AAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!

My UT link was just updated this morning with a provisional acceptance!! I interviewed on Jan. 12th, anyone else interview that day?

i INTERVIEWED THAT DAY. I WAS THE FIRST PERSON CALLED B/C MY LAST NAME STARTS WITH B.

Just wait for the admissions packet...that will tell you a lot more than anyone will over the phone...trust me. Our class had the same problem; we didn't get much turn over time between the fall and spring semester (just about 1 month or so). There are a few students in my class from dallas and they all got places to live just fine. Could I ask when your orientation is? They sent our class an admissions email to our personal email address that tells you when the orientation is and the first day of class, etc. Did you guys get one of those?

Relax and enjoy the time that you're not in nursing school because when it starts... it hits the ground running!

I interviewed in Feb also and I find out I got in on Tues March the 16th. Good Luck!
