It's UT Houston Bacc2 Class of 2011

Our deposit was due April 5th, so you should be hearing any day now I would think!

I think that the chances of getting in off the waitlist are probably pretty high, depending upon where you are ranked in the waitlist. I'm sure that not everyone will say yes! As far as when they will tell you, we have to tell UT Houston by April 5th whether we accept our spot, or they will give it to someone on the waitlist, so I'm guessing maybe a week or so after that you should hear something? Maybe sooner? Hopefully that helps! Good luck!

Do they happen to recommend a brand for the blood pressure cuff? Sorry for all the questions, and thanks for all the info! I'm so ready for my packet to come in!

What else do we need to get as far as uniform type things? Scrubs, shoes, stethoscope, pen light. Anything else?

I interviewed the first week of March and found out that I was accepted about a week later. There's still time though! Good luck!!

Kellywood, What kinds of things are you trying to figure out from the student affairs office? I've been trying to call them to get information also, and I've gotten a few things here and there. Thought I might be able to help if they had given me any of the information you were looking for. I agree though, they are so unhelpful! How hard is it to answer a few questions?!

Is anyone currently taking classes at HCC? I'm a little worried that my grades won't be submitted in time for my transcript to be sent out for me to register for classes. Apparently grades don't have to be submitted by teachers until like May 17th...

Does anyone know what day orientation will be? Or how to find out? Here are my stats: Overall GPA: 3.82 Nursing Prereq GPA: 4.0 NET Composite: 88 Congrats to those who have found out that they got in, and good luck to all those who are still waiting!!

Could anyone tell me what day the orientation was on for the program last year? Was it on the first day of class or before then? Thank you!!

I only applied to UT too. I'm trying to not get myself too worked up yet though, not until next week haha. I have banned myself from UTLink until the 15th, or until someone on here says that their account says they've been admitted. We'll see if I'm able to keep that up though lol.
