Has anyone applied to USFCA nursing program for spring 2019?

I, too applied for spring 2019. I am so nervous because I got rejected from ARC, so I don't know if I will start nursing school this semester :(

Awh man it's ok! There is just so many prospective nursing students now a days that we just have to keep our fingers crossed! Did the admissions counselor call you last week to update you on your application?

I actually checked my voicemail when i seen that you got a call from the admissions counselor and i did receive a call. I just didn't answer because i wasn't sure who was calling me. Can i ask what they told you?

I missed the call too.... but he just mentioned that my application status was complete and that I would be getting a decision mid December..... I think they went through and called all the applicants to let them know of their status... I must admit though it got my hopes up when I got the call and made me even more anxious!

Hi! I also applied for the Spring 2019 term. I got a phone call as well with the same information. Hopefully, we hear something soon!

Hello! I have found it nice to be able to connect with other students who have also applied to the program!I am hoping for good news for us all! I have found it to be really cool that the admissions counselors took the time to personally call each applicant! Not many schools will take the time out to do that and this is another reason why I have found that USF is my top choice! Is this your first semester applying? It is for me so I am new to the whole acceptance rejection feeling!

I know! I have been waiting for a Spring 2019 Forum to be made so I could start connecting with other students so thank you for making one :) Yes I really appreciated that too! It made my hopes go up just a little, but I'm trying not to think too much into it just because of the rejection feeling too. Yes this is my first time applying so I'm super nervous and anxious! I hope we hear good news next week!!

Hey! Does you're portal still say awaiting decision ?

Yes it does..... does yours?

Of course! I know exactly how you feel...I do know if I don't get in this round I will definitely be reapply for the Sacramento program for the fall!

Hi everyone, so glad I stumbled upon this forum. I am applying to the SF campus as a transfer. Also, if anyone submitted a letter of recommendation, it would NOT appear on the applicant portal or status page since it is not technically required to review the application. Thought I'd share since I recently emailed admissions about this. The wait is brutal, but we are so close to hearing about decisions!

yeah, mine too, awaiting decision...i think you guys got me more nervous...lol I wasn't even thinking about all these until I read your posts, now im anticipating more than I did before.

I applied and got accepted into CCSF nursing, but I am going with USF if I get accepted, I am really hoping that I do, because I don't want to just get RN instead of BSN if I am spenting the same amout of time in school.

Now the problem is, they are going to send out letters from the 10th, and CCSF orientation is on the 12th. I highly doubt I will hear back by then.

I read the previous year's post, people starting to get letters around the 18th Dec, but that post have alot more people. right now it's just the three of us. lol
