USA Fall 2015

Has anyone applied to South Alabama's Fall 2015 program? I applied to the FNP program. I see from other threads that Nursing CAS recalculates your GPA (usually lower than expected). I can't figure out how to see their GPA calculation. Is anyone else able to see this?

    I just applied to the USA ACNP program....my nursing gpa is 3.6, my non-nursing is 2.0 (1st round of school-fraternity, never went to class)-oops. I've got 2 years PCU and 1 year CVICU experience. Do they do cumulative or nursing gpa?? Thanks!!!

    They use the GPA nursingCAS calculates out. It takes all courses into consideration.

    I was really hoping you wouldn't mind answering a few questions about the program? Like for instance were there times that you were required to be logged in to "attend" class online or was it just that you logged in when you had time to complete necessary assignments? Were you able to work full time during the program? Are the scheduled breaks listed on the website pretty accurate? Like could you plan a vacation in advanced based on the listed schedule? I'm sorry for the many questions I am just so apprehensive!

    Yes jenny I got into the duel role as well! Where are you located? Im Excited and scared at the same time. Just got an email today saying deadline has been extended to get everything in to August 5th.
