If you don't mind me asking, which option are you all doing for your tuberculosis screening? I was always used to doing the skin test but I just realized that it says we have to do two 1-3 weeks apart if we do that option. Not sure if they are wanting two done before the start of the program? Not sure if I'm reading that wrong but just wanted to get some thoughts on it.

When you guys fill out the online acceptance packet is there a section that asks about DNP stuff? I am seeing this and not sure if i should call them about it?

I received an email but no letter in the mail yet.

I was also surprised to see all of the emails listed for those of us who were accepted. I'm not sure why they didn't fix that.

I got an acceptance as well. It's definitely frustrating that we have such little time to do everything but this school was my first choice due to it having a dual role option.

I do not have specific ED experience and I applied for the dual role NP. I worked in an ICU at a level 1 trauma center for a couple years and now work in an ICU in a community hospital so my background is critical care and I believe I have heard that is sufficient.

Hey nursejazz13...what track did you apply for? I applied for Emergency NP/dual role NP and did not receive the email from the university either. I did not bother calling to ask about that because I am honestly so tired of calling them lol
