Alyson300 8 Posts Jul 6, 2020 Hi Lala292, my stats: 3.95 overall, 3.8 science. Unfortunately, I have very little in the way of clinical experiences. I worked as a HHA for two years, about 4 years ago. I took a long break to raise my son ( and add 2 more kiddos) who has autism. I’ve heard wonderful things about the program, and it’s willingness to look at the whole applicant. Keep us updated if you hear anything :) - Alyson
Lynn20 10 Posts Jul 6, 2020 Hi everyone! I'm hoping to apply by the end of this week, waiting to finish one more class to bring up my GPA. I've been a respiratory therapist for over 12 years and Pulmonary management. I'm looking to open up more opportunities. Really hoping to get in, but my grades were not the best in college. Anyone know when they start to review applications?
catherine48 35 Posts Jul 18, 2020 I'm also applying for Spring 2021! My undergrad GPA is really the only weak point of my application, so I've been re-taking some of the prerequisites to hopefully bring it up. I wanted to get one more course finished before submitting everything, so I haven't actually submitted the app yet. Now, it's not looking like it'll be possible for me to complete the course before August 1, so I'm going to try to submit the app by tomorrow, and I'll send them the new grade when I can. Super nervous!Also interested in what other programs you're all applying to? My end goal here is to continue on to become a Certified Nurse Midwife, so I am open to both DE MSN programs, and ABSN programs (as long as the ABSN programs are quite short!) Good luck everyone!! ?
Mills796 19 Posts Jul 23, 2020 Hey everyone ? For those that submitted in June, have you heard back about an interview yet? I know interview requests are usually sent out beginning in July but I'd expect everything could possibly be delayed a little with everyone working from home.

Lynn20 10 Posts Jul 24, 2020 So I'm sure they are sending everything for committee review next week. I just received an email stating that they were preparing all paperwork and wanted to send my application over for review but one of my transcripts has not been received yet :(Really hoping this doesn't delay my app!
