TWU Spring 2010

Is anyone out there applying to TWU for the Spring of 2010? Just thought that I would start a group for all of us hopefuls so we could share information and have a way to communicate with each other.

Have you taken your HESI A2 yet? Have you taken all of your pre-reqs? If not, what do you have left to take?

I have taken all of my pre-reqs, and I just took my HESI yesterday. I didn't think it was bad at all, but I prepared for it for about 3 weeks.

If you haven't noticed, TWU has made some slight changes that I think some people will not be happy with. They are taking into consideration the first grade made at pre-req attempts for several of the classes like A&P, micro, and another class. What do you think of this? I wonder how it will change the applicants chances of getting in?

Good luck and I look forward to meeting you!

man, sometimes I'm thinking I'm gonna get in, and other times, I'm just thinking I'm not gonna make the cut. Today is one of those days. I have a feeling. like in my bones. It's pretty strange.

I know what you means...looking at everyone's stats...its looks very competitive...imagine all the applicants..ITs scary!

I have to exact same feeling! haha I thought that was just me.I hope we all get in.

Hopefully, WE all will get in! Lets plan a get together b4 school starts.

My thoughts exactly! I was already thinking that when the time comes we should coordinate an event to celebrate all of us getting in. We have all worked so hard, we are all very competitive, and I feel very strongly that we all have an excellent shot!

OK, I finally broke down and called to confirm. They do have my correct score. Yippeee. I wasn't going to until I had a dream last night that I wasn't accepted and the only thing that was wrong is that they received the wrong score and they wouldn't go back and re-evaluate my application because they were already full. How funny is that?

BTW, they told me they are planning on sending letters out at the end of this month or the first of November. So we still have a few weeks.

Back to studying for Patho.

Good, I'm glad you checked butterfly_journey! I can't believe we have only three weeks to go! yikes. I'm thinking they send them out on Oct 30, and we get them shortly after that. The last spring applicants heard on nov. 4.

that still seems so far away!!! do they have a thread on here?
