TWU Spring 2009

Hello everyone just wanted to see if there were anymore hopeful spring 2009 applicants out there. I submitted my application already and just sitting back waiting till Nov when acceptance/rejection letters are sent out. I know they said for us to check out emails everyday in October. If anyone has been through the application process before please share your experience. Good luck to everyone :wink2:

Huh, that's odd ~ i have no idea about registration. I have heard that they make your schedule for you. So i don't know.

I was only telling you about the Portal so you could see the classes. I am sure you do not register yourself.

Houston has 100 slots in every class. You will see the #100 in the first class if you scroll down.

Hey everyone I got a email that I've been put on the wait list so I will have to wait to see if there is a space open later on

Was this for the Houston program or the Denton program??

Hey, Princess! I've been checking here all day to see if you got notification! Wait listed you, huh? I guess they don't tell you how far down the "wait list" you are? It's so rotten that you got yourself all geared up for an answer, and now you have to WAIT SOME MORE!

Bright side: It wasn't a NO!

Do not throw in that towel yet, girlfriend! You know what I have been telling you through this journey.:nono: There is a place for you and remember GOD is keeping this door open for you.

Please do not get down in the dumps, please.

I am praying for you.

Which location was this waiting list for?

Thats true! I have heard stories of people who are on the wait list that get in like the day before class! Does everyone, who does not initially get in, get put on the wait list?

Does anyone in Houston know anything at all?? I am dying. My mail man is sooo slow! Where the heck is he?? hah.

You and me both...mailman came and brought a sales catalog. He should have not even stopped doesn't he understand at all:lol2:

I think you only get on the wait list if you're kind of "on the bubble." They keep the wait list in case someone who got accepted has a change of plans (or decides to attend somewhere else if he/she got accepted at more than one school) and doesn't accept the slot.

Is the waiting list only for the Dallas campus or both?

A friend of mine got the same email! I'm hopeful that somehow you will get to go. And waitlisted is different then Denied ~ right?
