I really need some help or ideas as to what to do. In March, I sent my transcripts to the Colorado BON by certified mail. I have the slip to prove they received it. They told me they do not have them. I scanned the slip and sent it to them and they confirmed it's the proper address. Still nothing.
I have sent the transcripts three times now. The first, certified mail. The second, in April by normal mail. The third last month by Express Mail (and tracking proves they got that one too). The people there are less than helpful, answering nothing but "we don't have them" to my repeated, specific queries. I have called and left messages, still nothing.
Anyone have any ideas? How can three transcripts, sent directly from my school, with certified US Mail proving they have them, just vanish into thin air?
I really need this solved. I want to take the NCLEX in July, before classes resume in August, and I have already paid for the expensive Kaplan review class for June. (And for those who may wonder, I've already passed the Puerto Rico RN boards, so that's why I have RN on my name.)
