Tragedy

It's been a month to the day that I lost 2 of my friends and co-workers. It happened in a tragic auto accident. It's still hard for me to go to work and know that they are not there. It helped me with my day having them there to joke around with, and to bounce things off one another. Wes was 38 and had a wife and 2 girls 9 & 11 yrs. old. Justin just turned 30 had a wife and 2 children a boy and a girl, 3 & 5 yrs. old. He had just finished building his dream home. My heart and prayers goes out to the families. Our dynamics have changed alot, but we for the most part have pulled together as a group . I hear so many stories of how petty people can be in the OR. I hear so much about backstabbing. Think about life and how short it really can be. Appreciate the people you work with sometimes we are closer to each other than some of our own family members. Live life to the fullest and treat others like you want to be treated.

i am sorry for your loss, you're right we all need to be mindful of just how short life is and how it can all change in an instant.
