Thinking of droping out.

Yuck.. Thinking of dropping out of LPN program.. I can't fathom having this feeling on the first day of class, but after weeks of "gossip" and other childish behavior. I might just do it. Studying is not the problem. My grades have been great. Its the people that I just can't get along with. :uhoh3:

Nursing school is filled with drama. I guess its in some womens nature. By the end of nursing school, I was sick of about 2/3 of the class. People were tired and not getting along. There were two girl in my class that I wanted to choke but I kept my cool and now I have graduated and don't have to talk to any of them again.

What school do you go to?

do NOT quit because of jerks around you. Muddle through and learn everything you possibly can. I was very fortunate that I had a few people that I really clicked with in my class. but you cannot possibly get along with everyone! Not even at work.;)

Don't let other people control your life.

We had our major share of Drama in the class.. Even one of the girls who flunked out made threats to other students. We had to have a police officer sit outside our classroom for a week.

You will find drama everywhere.. it isn't just in school. When you get out in the nursing field, you will find your fair share of Hags there too.

Buck up, and look out for yourself and yourself only. School is temporary. Remember that! After Graduation, you'll never have to look at them again.

You'll find a great job somewhere with great people eventually.
