Thank you!

I don't know if any of them read all nurses, but.....Thanks for all your hard work since I got there 6 months ago. Last survey.....17 tags with 2 G's. The survey we just finished...3 tags with nothing higher than a D level. You guys rock!

Good performance trickles down from the top!

KUDOS to you and your staff.

Great job CCM. I just finshed survey this week too. My state is 100% QIS now and this is my 2nd QIS survey. I think we got 8 or 9 tags and I don't expect any of them to come back higher than a D. Pretty proud of my team too.

Good job to y'all DONs. Not a job I envy.

By the way, what's a QIS survey?

Congratulations on your survey. :D

Nascar---QIS hasn't hit Massachusetts yet. I think my next survey will be QIS, but in this state, who knows! Congrats on your good survey.

Congrats!!! I love when survey is over and has gone well :)

Congratulations on the good performance on the survey!

BTW, I once worked at a facility that received 47 deficiencies, 8 of which were IJ tags (immediate jeopardy). The DON was escorted out of the facility by federal surveyors.

Wow! I have seen DON's being fired immediately after a "bad state survey." However, I have never actually heard of a DON being escorted out of a facility by the surveyors." That must have really been something!!!!
