Did anybody get same Q while taking NCLEX more then one time?

Does the testing computer know if i'm 1st or 2nd(3rd+) time test taker?

I have taken it twice and had different tests it knows because of your information.

I also heard, can't remember where that you don't get the same questions.

The questions I got were way, way far different from my previous exams.

One of the reasons why it makes a person wait 45 days or a bit more is to avoid getting the same questions. When I took my review course, I was told that they pull from a question pool that changes at least every 45 days. Also, since it is the same company that tested you the first time (Pearsonvue), I'd assume that it is known by them how many times a person sat for their exam.

The rationale for the change is so that you do not get repeated questions giving you an unfair advantage. Also, although they make you 'sign' something stating not to reveal what questions you received, that is usually alot of crock. Most people share their questions, at least verbally. In terms of if it gets harder or easier, I don't know. It is basically the luck of the draw. For example, I KNOW if they asked me too many pediatric questions, I would have failed miserably. I never got those developmental stages quite together, and their heart problems blew me away...what was a shunt to the left or right... and goodness forbid if they asked me to do a pediatric calculation! Some people have their test focus on certain things. Mine was mostly digestive and neuro. Too many 'pick all that apply' for my liking. Had ten meds, 4 I didn't know and they asked me the exact same question to the letter as well as had the same 4 choices for sildenafil and vardenafil (I think I spelled this words wrong-sorry for typo). It just happened that they asked me questions that I was able to guess my way through...not that I really knew the answer, heck, my test was HARD, and I really didn't think I knew what I was doing!
