Jun 11, 201412 yr Hey I know we still have about four months before we can begin applying to the accelerated program but i was wondering , what are you guys doing to prepare your application and Etc.
Feb 5, 201511 yr Mine was not that high! I have a masters but my ba degree gpa is a 3.56 and my prerequisites is a 3.8 and my science is 3.91. I barely studied for the teas and my score were like 86 in math and reading... I'm getting intimidated by everyone's grades!!!
Feb 5, 201511 yr You're welcome! I was driving myself crazy waiting for it, so I would have liked to know what form it would take.
Feb 8, 201511 yr My TEAS scores were actually pretty bad but I did get 100 in math. My pre-req GPA is 3.9. I had very strong recommendation from a chemistry professor and a current RN. I would like to think my essay was solid as well because my cumulative GPA is actually only 3.3.
Feb 22, 201511 yr Hi everyone. I've been accepted! I'm going to request to join the facebook group, my name is Jennifer Danielson. I can't wait to meet everyone!
Feb 25, 201511 yr Does anyone else have "deposit" on their checklist without a link to pay it? I was put on the alternate list and wanted to know if the addition of deposit and acceptance response form indicates a change in admission status? Does anyone have any ideas? Do others placed on the alternate list have these items on their checklists as well? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Feb 26, 201511 yr Yes, I was placed on the alternate list as well and I have the deposit and acceptance response form on my checklist. The deposit has no link. My checklist has been this way since mid January when I got my decision letter.
Mar 4, 201511 yr Congrats to all who got accepted. To those who got wait listed don't you worry many of my classmates were wait listed, some were accepted on the day classes started. It looks like maybe this year they are accepting people sooner than they were last year. Many of my classmates didn't hear anything until Mar/Apr 2014. I received a rejection letter near the end of March and was devastated. Come May I receive a letter for the orientation, I call the office and Patricia tells me that there was a mistake and they put my application in the wrong pile and I was actually accepted with two weeks until the start date. Don't give up hope! Have a back up plan if things don't go your way.
