Thanks so much for the heads up I also took anatomy and physiology 1 and 2 but that was in 2011 . I think I can review rhat real quick and meosis I find fairly simple . I work with some nurses so I might ask them for my recommendation letters. I'm hoping to get in my application by the first week of November because I've lived in Brooklyn all my life and I would love to be in the program and it's also my first choice.

Yeah I have seen it as well I guess I will hit the books hard next week . I am not to worried about English because I've always done well . I just want to brush up on my math and just review the science portion give my self about two weeks and take the exam . I think some people will find out earlier than others since the deadline is December 14, I think .

wait so does it matter what i score on the science part because i thought they look at it as an over all grader I have been extremely stressed with applying and finishing up my semester but im happy that you got your application through, thats great you are probably going to make a great nurse because your so punctual . i am sure with that you will get in for some reason.

I have not done so yet I am still trying to make time to study for the TEAS V how was the exam and do you think 3 weeks is enough to study?

I also wanted to know if you were able to begin the application process since the dead line to take the TEAS V is November 14 or the 18.

You should not have to but i think it is because hospitals want magnet status.

Hey I know we still have about four months before we can begin applying to the accelerated program but i was wondering , what are you guys doing to prepare your application and Etc.

@cf415 will i be able to take pharmacology at kbcc as well or only pathophysiology.

i also heard that if you can take pharmacology,pathophysiology, or a research methods class then you may be able to get exempt and make the course load easier, but almost no school offers it if your not a nursing student but if your a psych major maybe you can use experimental psych which requires research, research methods, and like 5 15 page papers to become exempt or many cuny's allow you to take pathophysiology as well but it is hard to get into those classes since priority is given to nursing students already in the designated program in their school or students who attend that college but it does not hurt to try. I guess this would probably help students applying for 2015 SUNY ABSN

hopefully i can start the 2015-2016 thread I am applying this fall for next year and I hope all of you get in because it seems like you guys are all dedicated and please guys when you get in share some pointers on studying, what methods you guys use and what works, time management, stress management. I would really like to get into this program but it is so competitive to get in, but i know for sure that alot of people who get wait listed end up getting in even last minute good luck to all.
