So I got 3 call backs and they are over skype, I'm pretty nervous and I'm not sure what I should say!

Just like any interview, answer their questions honestly and ask any questions you have!
Once I registered, I received a bunch of emails from different camps and only responded to a few after checking out their websites. I only had phone interviews and picked the one that seemed the most organized.

You'll do great!
What kind questions do you think they'll ask?
I would guess about your experience, how you think it will compare to what you do now, why you are interested in working at the camp. They wanted to be sure that I was not thinking it would be a vacation but that it is a busy office.
I was very upfront with telling them that I was only interested if there were spots for my kids. I could make just as much money this summer picking up 9-10 shifts (about 1 per week) at the SNF that I work PRN at, but I want my kids to have this experience that they would never get otherwise.
Some of the advise I read when I was researching was only go with an accredited camp (ACA) and DO NOT be the only nurse at a camp. The one I will be working at has 4 nurses who do rotating shifts and every 4th night on call.

What I read in their description is that there are 7-9 nurses or nurses assistants, one main nurse, one doctor and a manager. So It sounds good to me. I checked and they are accredited
Awesome! Good luck!

Remember that this should also me a chance for you to ask questions, to make sure you know exactly what you are getting yourself into. Some camps are staffed really well, some, not so much. I looked at one that told me that the nursing staff was on 24/7 the entire time, no built-in breaks/day off - Um, no thanks.
I'm going to ask about that too, but they told me because of my unique circumstances (CMA), they are going to see what I can do in their clinic, but they want to hire me as administrative assistant, which is fine, but I want to know the hours, pay and time off, as well how is the bunk where I will sleep in and there must be wifi. (Which they said it's secure but it sounds like the nurses and such have access to it.)
Here in Texas, CMAs are allowed to work at doctor's office and do anything, they trainer them to do, only under a doctor's, RN or NP's supervision. I'm not sure if it's the same in NY, but who knows.
I gotten more interviews than when I went to look for a job after I quit my first one. This is awesome.

If I may ask, what are some websites links? Private message me if you like. I only want to work 2-3 weeks. I don't have kids going to camp so the pay is kind of important.
