Stony Brook Basic BSN Class of 2018

Hey Everyone,

Now that the deadline for the class of 2018 Basic BSN program at Stony Brook University is coming up, I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread to and for all applicants. I hope there isn't already a thread made already because I searched thoroughly but could not find one. If you have any questions or just want to talk feel free to comment.     Hello everyone. I've been keeping up with this forum since it started and finally joined. I had my interview on the 8th. The staff was very friendly I have to say. The math was not as hard as I expected but without a calculator the adding and division take quite some time. It was also timed down to the second. I missed a few questions and I am praying and I have faith in still getting an accepted email soon!!

    Hey teets86, thats exactly what happened to me. I got caught on a few questions and because I spent too much time on those questions I ran out of time. Im so mad at myself, but at least if I don't get in I know I will do better next year. And I thought the staff was very friendly as well.

    I was told the same thing and I'm confident with the math but I'm afraid I made stupid mistakes. The writing was okay. I could've improved on both of them but I think it should be good enough. I started practicing for the interview around New Years
