Stony Brook Basic BSN Class of 2018

Hey Everyone,

Now that the deadline for the class of 2018 Basic BSN program at Stony Brook University is coming up, I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread to and for all applicants. I hope there isn't already a thread made already because I searched thoroughly but could not find one. If you have any questions or just want to talk feel free to comment.     congrats to those who already got emailed for an interview! when did you all submit your applications? i applied the week of the deadline and didn't even receive an email about SOLAR login info...

    I applied the week of the deadline also and I received an email about my solar login I would say about a week after the January 7th deadline.

    I sent my application on January 7 and received my solar login on January 13.

    I got the email about the interview through the email address that I gave them not my solar account. It couldn't hurt to call/email them and ask why you haven't received your solar login.

    Try calling the Health Sciences Office of Student Services regarding your Solar Info.

    I'm pretty nervous for the interview specifically the writing sample. I've always had a hard time writing so hopefully that isn't the deal breaker for me. Good luck to everyone maybe some of us will be in the same interview!
