After one year of graduating from nursing school with a BSN, I am still unable to find a nursing position. I am willing to move to any state or to another country. I need employment!!!! Anyone have any leads?

I work at a hospital in Decatur, GA. Not too far from atlanta. You should apply here as we have many RN positions open. i'll send you a message telling you what hospital it is so that you can look it up.

Where do you live? Have you considered moving?

Are you applying to all types of nursing jobs, or only the 'dream' hospital position? Healthcare settings outside the acute care hospital tend to be more welcoming to new grads. Look into nursing homes, hospice, private duty, home health, psych, physical rehab, clinics, jails, prisons and assisted living.

I work at a nice hospital in Iowa, and there are many open positions for RNs. It is a Magnet facility, so they want BSNs, too. Message me and I will give you the hospital website.
Also - lots of religious orders (nuns) have their retirement homes here. I did a clinical at one and it was super nice, way better than my previous LTC experience.
Also - this is a nice place to live! Message me if you want more info.

Check out the university hospitals on Long Island in NY. Despite their proximity to the competitive NYC market, they hire lots of new grads every year, particularly if they have residency or fellowship programs. Plus, the salaries are great!
