You have asked this before and we have answered.
Are you educated in the US?
Not that it matters....you passed the NCLEX exam in Texas.....you now go to the Oklahoma board and apply for licensure by endorsement. Oklahoma is NOT a compact state (they have legislation pending).
It is going to take initiative on your part......You fill out the application that applies

@ esme and don Thanks both of you.but my question is does it matter with single state license?this is because i am on dependent visa.my compact state status in the website says no.I mean its single state..is that matters for single or multistate?

Once again no it does not matter. If you were a legal resident of TX you could use your TX license in another US compact participating state

I live in a nonCompact state and have single-state licenses in 8 states, some of which are Compact and some aren't. I don't know how else anyone can explain it to you. Contact your target state and do what they tell you to do to get licensed there. It will involve fees, a copy of your school transcript, a notice from your present state of licensure, and maybe other things. Ask them and do what they tell you.

That's why you need to apply for licensure by endorsement in Oklahoma. Then you will have another single state license.
It's been explained in at least 3 threads now.
