Shoes?

Hello, I am starting my RN program this August and we have to wear white shoes . I am wondering if anyone knows of any shoes that offer great support and also come in white. I do have a pair of Danskos already and I don't find them to be the greatest thing as everyone insists they are :). Anyone have any suggestions?

I have never liked the Dansko either. Are you allowed to wear open backed shoes? I always wear Quarks. Mine are open backed - I don't know if they make a full shoe or not. But these shoes are comfortable, very lightweight, and last forever! Good luck!

I have a pair of plain white, leather Sketchers. They are by far the most comfortable of the three pair I have bought for school. (I also have Danskos and NurseMates....)

We were also told that we need to wear white shoes... I got a pair, was really uncomfortable in them and after seeing all the nurses and senior students wearing normal comfortable sneakers (all the colors of the rainbow), so did I. And I haven't looked back.

I wore my low-top Air Force Ones.

Yeah, I was stompin'.
