they said last question was the most important question to tell or to rate i u will pass...but,is there anybody here who ended up ith SELECT ALL THAT APPLY as the last question who passed?...

is it true that SELECT ALL THAT APPLY is in the highest or difficult stage of nclex exam?

please hold me back everyone...im just confuse and scared at this moment.thank you.

I think the first question is more important than the last as long as you are not getting all 265 Qs.

The first question gets you either above or below the pass/fail bar and if answered correctly, you start out ahead. I got a very easy med calc question for my first question, but upon checking it several times, I realized it was so easy, I got it wrong and had to recalculate. Tricky, tricky, tricky.

You would do well to concentrate on learning the material instead of obsessing over question types.

They don't throw to many of those select all the apply questions at you on the NCLEX atleast when I took it.

Select all that apply, ATI, TEAS and long long long care plans are a good example of how "White Coat Nurses" AKA Academia is making nursing harder and less focused on clinical skills.

my last was sata and I passed with 75 soo don't stress it.. can't take back what has already happened!

I took the NCLEX yesterday and I swear at least half my test were select all that applied. I had easily 7 in a row and when I'd finally get a multiple choice question I was actually happy. Test shut off at 75 ?s and I was annoyed bc I did t feel like I proved myself and wanted more questions haha. I got the good popup.. Waitin for official results tho.

I got 8-10 select all that apply, including the last question. I got the good pop-up, feel confident that I passed, but it's just not official yet. 75 questions.

I actually think several of my sata questions were easier than some of the multiple choice. I have a friend that passed at 75 q's who only got one sata question, so I don't think they are all assigned a higher difficulty level.

The trick with sata questions is to look at each option individually and ask yourself a "True or False" question.

Then you are really answering five True/False questions rather than a Select All that Apply and it's much less intimidating.

thanks everyone because i got a select all that apply question as my last question yesterday.it's about VIAGRA...find it easy..but the fact that it's a SATA.so im just wondering...

im done with the test.but i keep my patient goes till 48 - 72 hrs, before i check BON website..

I took it yesterday, i also felt (and a couple classmates agreed with me) that there were A LOT of SATAs. We all passed, getting no more than 82 questions. I was worried because the material was not what i was expecting, it seemed easier than what i had prepared for (which also worried me). I agree with the above statement that i did not feel like i had "proved my worth" when the exam shut off... but what a relief when it did!!

I'm taking it in a couple of weeks. I'm curious to know when ppl say it was not that hard even when you had "alot" of SATAs. are the choices simple for example, signs/symptoms?? I hate select all that apply, b/c i am always less/over one choice

Some of the satas were difficult, but most were manageable when you look at it in pieces. Got a couple s/s but most were teaching and some random ones that I can't explain without giving the question away.

If you have been studying, I think you'll be fine. Just relax (that's hard, I know) and take your time. Do lots of practice questions, read each question and answer thoroughly and look at each answer at a time. Especially with sata's. View them as true/false and don't get swayed by how many answers you have chosen. If you only think t.wo are correct, don't choose a third just because you think you haven't picked enough for a sata question

hi ashley..u had meds on sata?
