. The board will send a letter or approval to pearsonvue however you can still pay for your test with pearsonvue and pearsonvus will send you an ATT. You dont have to wait to get approval before you go to pearsonvueI thought the board has to send a letter to say that we're eligible to take the NCLEX in their state, then you go to Pearsonvue to pay, then you'll get your ATT?So before you go to Pearsonvue, don't you have to get an approval from the board?
I graduated in NE on 12/17 and had my app in to California in October and am just waiting for my school's transcripts to go out. I registered with Pearson about 2 weeks ago and have yet to get an ATT. I'm pretty sure Cali waits to give the OK until they approve your application and send that info to Pearson.
I graduated in December and am waiting for my school to send transcripts. The CA BRN cashed my check same day as the OP. I'm registered with Pearson for my test too. If you applied for an IP that might be easy to check online rather than redial all day. That is, if your IP issued, they have your transcripts :-) they update the website daily.
I'm stressing out about my ATT too. I graduated December 16 and immediately applied....my friend did the same thing. She got her ATT last week, took the NCLEX yesterday, and her license is posted today! And I don't even have my ATT yet! (Indiana) I am so mad, I'm shaking! When I called they just said they have 7 weeks to process!
I know how you feel. I feel the same way too. I called again today and the lady said that my application has just gotten to the evaluator (after 1 month of waiting) -- I'm thinking this has to do with the complaint email that I wrote to them 2 days ago, or else the process could probably be longer. Anyhow, I'm looking at another 4 weeks... it's depressing.

I graduated on 12/03/2011, submitted the application and knew that the CA Board of Nursing has received my application (because they cashed my payment on 12/22/2011). However, my school did not send out the transcript to CA Board until 12/22/2011. I've been trying to call them to see if they have received my transcript but of course the lines are always busy. I will keep calling, but I just want to hear from others about their experiences.
Are there any out of state students (not talking about the Philippines or other countries, just the US states) trying to apply for CA RN license? Have you received your ATT?
Thanks
