Recovery Trek

Arizona is moving to Recovery Trek. I have a few reservations about using this system especially since you have to provide them with a credit card! anyone use Recovery Trek? Thoughts?

We use something similar here in Florida. I only pay as I get tested. I have never had any problems with it.

di you have to give them a credit card hen you signed up

No. When I check in. If I am selected. I just go to the check out and add the $42 to my account and pay. They do not keep my credit card information. I have to put it in each time.

We use FirstLab and it requires a credit card and it automatically charges it monthly. I use my debit card, but I know people who use prepaid credit cards. So far, no problems...

I have had no problem. I actually like the online ability to do reports. It's safe.

I haven't had any trouble with recovery trek. Only thing that annoys me is that I can't see my test results. I know nurses in other programs that can. No,problem with the credit card feature. And the forms are free.

I'm wondering why you can't see your test results? Mine are posted the same day that they are reported.

Where do they post? I wonder if it's a state board thing, like maybe certain boards release them and certain don't. I'm in Texas. You?

You can see your test results in Texas on Recovery Trek go to Profile page scroll down about half way it has three options record of call in , test results ,and record of payment now the test results are just positive or negative

I'm in TPAPN and use Recovery Trek. When I had to switch from First Lab I was at first not happy because Recovery Trek is more expensive. I haven't had any issues though. Everything seems to go smoothly and they charge your card every time you test.

My card did expire one month though and I got this frightening email stating that I would be considered non-compliant if I didn't add a new card in 7 days. My fingers flew like lightening to update my info!

I don't have those options. I can only look at "daily check in history". Nothing more.

I have yet to find out any results. 3. Months
