katykaye pls be careful when u post and use GOD. Someone was apparently angry that I thanked the Good lord almighty for my sucess on the nclex exam.

I hope I don't get my first warning with this reply but PLEASE!!!!!! I thought we were living in a society that valued freedom of speech & where we are free to practice our own religion -whatever that might be. I cannot possibly think how your comment could offend anyone? It's not as thought you were asking them to thank God was it?

Unless what you said was inciting hatred or anything - which it clearly was not I can't believe someone complained about it! I'd love to know what their reasoning was because if I pass my N-CLEX on 2nd August I will be shouting from the rooftops!! Oh & thanking God! OOOOPS! Here comes my warning!

Can anyone tell me how soon I should test again, I paid for the exam, oh how that $200.00 from my credit card hurt me, but what has to be, must be, but my Att said anytime from 8/31/06, can anyone tell me how soon, should I scheldule for that day or should I test in September, please help me to make my mind up and regain some confidence that I loss through the BEAST.

I am sorry that you have to retest. I do think that you should make out a plan as to how you plan to study, and then schedule your exam as soon as possible; keeping in mind that you will stick to your plan. My heart goes out to you because I know how much any person would want to put this behind them, and move on. Did they send an outline on what they assessed as your weak areas?

remember infection control, maslow's, and positioning and you will be great. Also, know the vitals for all age groups... good luck

Thank you guys, for your sincere replies, all the areas was near passing, but infection control was below passing, what a shame, I cannot prevent my patients from developing nosocomial infection, ha ha ha:lol2:

I'll probably take mine again around the third week in September. That would be a great birthday present to take it then and to have passed this time.
