Ready for the Weekend!

We had an incident yesterday where a person who is contracted out to work for our school tried to override one of my decisions (a call 9-1-1 or not decision) AND interfered with my caring for the student AND breached student safety by ambushing me and trying to read my notes. Luckily my supervisor, administration, and wonderful teachers all had my back. Anyways, to make a long story short, I am excited for the glass of wine & comfy couch waiting for me at home tonight.

What the....who do they think they are?! You definitely deserve that comfy couch and glass of wine for sure!! Happy Friday Biscuit! I hope your day is infinitely better than yesterday!

I'm sorry, but glad your peeps had your back. Enjoy the wine!!!

YIKES!! Is this a medical person? Crazy. So glad everyone has your back at school. I'll be joining you with a glass of sauvignon blanc at 5!

Nope NOT a medical person. In fact they have no medical training, not even first aid like our teachers. They were VERY upset that I didn't call 9-1-1 after a child fainted. When they flapped their arms around screaming about how we need an ambulance I said "we don't need an ambulance. We've got it under control." They reported me to their boss saying I'm negligent.

Good thing your admin backed you up.

It is great that everybody supported you. I am enjoying a glass of wine with four days off after my last twelve-hours-shift work too!
