This is an offering of Excelsior College. There are a number of threads here about EC.

Make sure you will be eligible to sit for NCLEX in your state with an Excelsior ADN.

Yes I have been using it for 3 months now and passed 3 test!! Passed chronicity, transitions and reproduction all by just listening to the videos and taking excelsior practice test. I love this site and a few of the nurses I work with are also members. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi Cathy,

do they offer the gen ed course or just nursing?

Thanks for your reply....glad you are enjoying the site.

Linda

Anybody else using this RNBRIDGEPROGRAM? Is it worth it? I noticed it's $97.00/month

Thanks!

Just to clarify, it is not affiliated with Excelsior. It's another middleman, wanting your cash. My advice: save your money. Just my opinion.

They just offer the nursing classes. Yes they are a middle man but it helps me since I have to both read and hear the info for it to stick. Works for me and for me it is worth the $97 a month. :)

i thought on their website it showed A&P and Micro and some other gen eds offered? Are they just not the videos maybe something else? hmmm would be worth checking into

They said that eventually they hope to have A&P and Micro but so far just the Nursing classes.

I'm not really happy with their customer service right now, i went ahead and paid for the first month to try it out sicn you can cancel anytime, well i paid but it wont let me log in or anything, it has taken 4days of constant calling and emailing to finally get an email reply of "i'm sorry we will check into it" that's not good enough for me so i had to call my bank to have them reverse the charges, i think i will just stick to my textbooks from now on...geez...lol

Sorry to hear that, I have never had a problem with them. By the way they are taught by Sheri Taylor, the same lady who has the CPNE workshops in Georgia. Glad you got the charges reversed, everyone has to do what is best for them - Good Luck!!!

I would assume that this was a one time glitch and not the standard. Usually most people are fine studying on their own anyway. Save their money that way.
