Question about what you can bring in room with you

Hey all, I take my NCLEX-RN on October 2nd. Just wondering if we can bring a picture with us for good luck. I know they are strict. I want to bring a picture of my son to give me inspiration and luck. Also send me some good vibes. I have been reviewing since August with Kaplan's, saunders, and mosby. I have gone through at least 3000 questions. Hope it is enough! Wish me luck! Kristen:penguin:

    Sorry to say but the only thing you'll be allowed to take in is the ID you brought with you. Everything else, including your watch has to be locked away.

    Yeah..unfortunately all you can bring is your ID...but maybe you can still bring your picture..like stuff in your bra or something hehehehehe. I wore my necklace with a cross in it and that really wasn't a problem when i tested. Best of luck to you!

    i was able to bring my little rosary that looked like a bracelet. it worked. when i was loosing my mind i went back on track on it .. but i still dont know if i pass. is anyone else feeling like this??? aggghhh..

    I was sicker then a dog when I took my NCLEX. They would not let me bring my cough drops or even a kleenex. She said if you need a kleenex raise your hand and I will provide one for you. You can bring NOTHING.

    I'm quite sure you passed!

    At HK testing center, all pieces of jewelry are not allowed inside. Just your passport and locker key. They even asked me to remove my blazer.

    We couldn't even chew gum!!! It helps me to relax and has been proven to stimulate memory (I read somewhere), but it was left in the trash at the door.

    Stuff the photo in your bra, but if you are caught taking it OUT, you will be dismissed from exam. If having the photo on your body gives you courage, fine, but if you need to SEE it, well.....close your eyes and picture the little fella :)
