query about DS-230

Hi

I Have A Query I Just Wanna To Know ,that Once Your I-140 Is Approved Say In Auguest 2007,will N.v.c.issue Me A Visa Bill And Accept Ds-230?i Am Concern About Effect Of Retrogression On My Further Processing Once My I-140 Will Approve.

Any Response Will Be Appreciate.

If the fiance is not on the DS-230 as your spouse, then he is not going to be accompanying you to the US. You are going to have several years of waiting so if you marry before it is submitted, then there is nothing to worry about.

We have plans on getting married now but my dilemma is the embassy might suspect that the reason for getting married was to bring them both to u.s. which is not But of course later i would want them to come with me.So im gathering info on this before i file my ds-230.

If you have been in an on-going relationship with this person then there is no reason for anyone to suspect anything. But if they are not on the DS-230 when it is filed, then you are going to have a very difficult time in getting them to be able to both join you when you go.

You will be looking at about a two year wait if the fiance is not on the DS-230.
