But my question would be if you are getting married just so that he can come with you, and would you get married if you were not coming to the US?" We have plans on getting married now but my dilemma is the embassy might suspect that the reason for getting married was to bring them both to u.s. which is not But of course later i would want them to come with me.So im gathering info on this before i file my ds-230.
  2. help. i am now filing my ds-230 but i am really confused on what to do. my story is i am single and have a son and living together with my fiance. If i declare my son under DS-230 forms and me being single then there's no problem. But then again i want to bring my fiance with me. My agency advised me to get married prior to filling the DS-230. please share me your insights. will the embassy question me later on the sudden marriage if we got married prior to filing DS-230? thanks.
