PTO?

Well assuming you work an 8 hr days:  195/8=24

And 90/8=11

Wow! Who gets that much time??

Are you talking about the math?

Divide the # of accrued hours by the # hours in a day of work for you (shift length).

Ex 195/12 =16 full days/shifts off in which you would normally work a 12 hour shift.

If you are asking whether you are allowed to do something with your accrued sick time and whether you would be allowed to actually take 5 weeks vacation (in which you normal would work 36 hours per week) and still have some time left over is another matter that is up to your employer's policies.

You might want to see how much of that you can carry over to avoid losing some of it. Some places will pay you out and others it'll just be gone.

^^^ THIS ^^^  I learned never to let my PTO grow too much.

Last year at this time I was notified that I had maxed out at 220 hours of pto and I had to use it or lose it. After some negotiation I ended up taking the entire month of February off with pay! Slept in every day, exercised, worked in my garden/greenhouse it was glorious. I tend to bank my pto so maybe I’ll do the month off thing next year.
