For those of you who know who your recruiter is - are you referring to los Angeles area or orange county?

Is Jonathan the person that sent out the on demand video? Is that our recruiter ?

@futurernmd The OC location has Bob Webber as the recruiter who sent the on demand video, but the LA location has Jonathan Dilaissan.

I didn't see an email for either but the previous posts provided Jonathan's email.

I recently applied as well. Does anyone know how many new grads they usually accept? I live across the country and I wanted to know if they prefer those who already live in California. I applied for the intensive care positions with no preference in location.

I know that it differs for each cohort, sometimes they have a lot of openings and sometimes they have fewer. From what I understand it also depends on the location you've picked.

I dont know much about the location preference though. Hopefully we hear from them soon!

I think they definitely prefer those who are living in SoCal - I am from norcal and the recruiter asked me when I was moving and if it was contingent on getting a job.

Thanks everyone! I live in New Jersey and I’ve been looking to move to California. New Jersey hospitals do not let new grads in the ICU and rarely have new grad programs like this one. I guess I can see how it’s a gamble for the employer. I’m hoping it’s not a total disqualifier. Did the recruiter contact you for this cohort recently? I haven’t received any updates so far. Good luck :)

I don't think that the recruiter is reaching out to people yet, and if they are I haven't heard anything after doing the on-demand interview... After I had submitted my application I edited it but didn't see a status update so I reached out to the candidate care email. A recruiter responded and at the end of their email I was asked "Are you relocating to Southern California anytime soon or is it contingent upon you getting a job here?"

That being said I may just be reading into it! I thought it was strange that I was asked that question - if I am applying to a job in So-Cal then that means that I am willing to relocate. I feel like my current location shouldn't exactly play a role - being a new grad is rough in Nor-Cal and I want to move to So-Cal anyways.
