CONGRATS! I think the first interview is panel, but this was how it was before Covid, so I'm honestly not sure how they will set it up this time. Mostly behavioral questions, make sure you have specific examples on hand from your nursing rotations.

Does anyone know if there's an expected timeline of when to hear back?

The recorded interview mentioned late June into early July. But who knows. I’m not sure how many applicants there are. I would assume many.

And still haven’t heard anything back ? does anyone know the next step or has anyone heard anything after the on demand interview?? Also is it a phone call or email? Thanks ladies. I heard back on Monday via email and was invited to do a live virtual interview next week for St Joe’s. I think they are slowly letting people know instead of all at once (my friend received the email on Sunday, and others have been hearing back throughout the week).

**Sorry I double checked and I actually heard back Tuesday and my friend heard back Monday!

I submitted my on demand interview on the 9th and still haven't heard back either!

I submitted my on-demand interview on Wednesday 6/10 and heard back the following Tuesday. Based on what I’ve heard, the virtual interview isn’t unit-specific. There are people from previous and current cohorts posting in a facebook group: RN New Grad Programs - Southern California that I’m following- I recommend joining since there are a lot more updates there. ?
