proof of residency

If I recently changed addresses and haven't been living at this address for even a year what could I use proof of residency? Could I use something from my previous house as long as it's in the same state?

Bank statements sometimes work too. Drivers license?

I live with my Mom so no bills in my name, I had my car insurance place mail me my cards and used that, as well as my address on my nursing license. I wouldn't use something from your previous address as they might write it down and think that's your address.

Depends on what they require, as mentioned above. That being said, I moved in with my significant other, and everything was already established, so I've had this problem before. I used a bank statement and a cell phone bill. I was able to update them both, the same day, then go to the local library and print copies out.
