    take test 2 times. first time I got more than 30/75 SATA. Did not count. fail. this time I got 24/86. pass

    I pass NCLEX by using UWORLD. using that all the day. take notes on every questions. it helps

    well. If you did not sign up for CA RN. You should apply for it right now. I just got my CA license. They work so slow. And in 2016. they require international student get all 4 parts of TOEFL at least 26 point. I don't know Philippine students will be request for TOEFL or not. Good luck.
