There is such a difference regarding job application form (online) in MD. Immediately after the submission of application, it turns yellow and goes away in the next day or so. Anyone has experience with that?

There is nothing different in the arrangements done between the agency route and direct hire. MY advice GOOD RESUME and COVER LETTER..as well as comprehensive communication. Moreever, its always good to have experience...gotta look good for the resum...

Yeah...I agree with Suzanne in this matter. I have processed and paid everything from my pocket..well of course from my dad's pocket. But the agency I was working with handed me the contract which was suspicious...it had mentioned abt sign-on bonus ...
