Hi everyone! Hoping someone is still activ on this thread. :) I applied to the October 2018 cohort, and I have not heard anything back yet. This upcoming Wednesday will be two weeks before the interview date (8/8). Did any of you hear back for an interview fairly close to the deadline, or did you hear pretty far in advance? Did any of you hear back after the "two weeks before" deadline? Just trying to decide if I should keep a little hope up or not with only a couple days left! I felt fairly competitive so it's such a bummer. Thanks for the help!

This was literally the WORST week for me to have two exams. Sitting here "trying" to study but just so anxious! Everyone tells me to "just keep my mind off of it"...yeah, easier said than done (you guys get me ) I hope today is our day!

I am so annoyed....I feel like I cannot go another day. This is too much! Why oh why can't they email!?

nursenthemakin I remember you from all of my days/nights scouring this site for TCC nursing information! I loved following your journey (and everyone else's) and I'm so glad to see such a happy ending. Congrats on your graduation and for passing your boards! It's so nice that you stopped by to remind all of us to have hope and keep pushing forward. :) Is anyone else getting more and more nervous? Ahhh less than 10 days! These two months flew by (for me at least) but this next week will be TORTURE!

Hi PedsNursing82! I am working on ODU requirements for the concurrent enrollment option as well! Are you in Chem 121 right now? The waiting game is the worst- but staying hopeful and not trying to think about it too much. Stay busy!

Ahh mic23455 you just made me so nervous because I didn't confirm they got my official transcripts! Fingers crossed. I mailed my application in and they received it today. 3.75 GPA overall and 95% on HESI. Previous Bachelor's so that hopefully helps. I didn't think I'd be so nervous turning the application in and sending it away. It all feels so out of my hands now! Good luck to everyone, and I can't wait to help one another get through the next couple months.

So I take my HESI on Monday and I'm super nervous. I left studying to the last minute since I had five summer classes...just no time. Did any of you feel like you did worse on the practice questions you found online than you did on the actual exam? I feel like I know the material, but so many practice questions are very detailed/specific and I'm scoring lower than I'd think. How did your practice tests compare to your actual HESI score? And any other tips obviously appreciated! :)

Pre-reqs! (Thank God.) You can use an online GPA calculator if it's a little difficult to find on your transcript, that's what I did since my summer grades aren't listed yet.
