I was told I received the last ED spot. No prior connections. I received a list of all other opportunities and it had only med/surg and psych units.

I applied Monday, finished my video interview Tuesday, and received an offer to interview for an ED position yesterday. As far as I know, there are only psych units and a few medsurg units left, but the positions are filling up quickly.

Actually, Columbia said we'd be notified *after* the 15th. So we won't necessarily hear anything on the 15th.

Yup! My interview was a conversation.

I had my interview this afternoon as well. It lasted about 30 minutes.

My interviewer said that she would forward her notes about my application and interview to the admissions committee, so I'm guessing that means she does have an impact on their decision to admit me.
