continued, and your unit manager knows you are not happy with the clickish #### going on and writes you up and others to keep you from leaving the unit, then stops you from working on a better unit under the same umbrella, then I guess you need to laugh your head off in the fanansty pail, then my sister I guess it would be funny to YOU..................

Its obvious that you are not from this planet or at least oriented to reality. But when you and others that are good workers and able to get the job done,no matter how hectic it is and keeping your patients free from the true activity of that unit, maybe not with a plastic smile that any one could see its fake

Hello, my name is janice and I plan to move to NM this summer on a travel assignment and anxious to get out of georgia, its been a total mess here, the people are plaque'd with demons from hell, I'm a 57yr old female with two grandboys and we all have been mistreated, I feel that NM is God's country and very much want to com asap. I am so happy for you all, I experience a horrible time in georgia with devil spirited nurses in charge, totally unbelievable, I hope to meet increased professional nurses where I am going to relocate, I plan to put my whole armor of God on, and to access for wicket spirits among leadership of nurses as I travel. jclpn:balloons:

I agree Oprah would not see us as important, I've tried to write to her on a couple occasions and was never considered as a important human being with a voice........... so Not feeling very positive..Opra only views very sad, sad, sad situations, and nursing problems or views are not important to her. When I started as a new LVN in Cali the majority of supervisory positions were all RN's, they used as ordered via state board of nursing to supervise all Lvn's Lpn's. My experience overall positive until I moved to Atlanta Ga. Then the hate relationship started, white,black(+)asian,span., mexican whatever. RN's the majority were arrogant, poor leadership qualities and in positions they truly should have not been in because of the lack of skills needed to be assuring,positive,and professional with their co-workers (lpn'). I have only expierenced a hand count on one hand of total ethical behavior of secured,positive,and passionant registered nurses in Georgia. I have been blocked from Emory and Grady clinics due to unorthodox and charactor depleating behaviors from these people. I only pray to God almightly to forgive them that judged me because of my opinionated type, not in a negative sence, my secured behavior, in which they only judged me do to the fact I am Lpn person last. At 57 yrs of age I been a Lpn for 27 yrs and practice as taught in school on ethics. Don't mean to be negative, but, this has been the most horrible exp. the past 12 yrs here in Ga. dealing with so many misfits with positions. Sad.

Hi, yes I am a Lpn currently enrolled in Excelsior, and have taken one text recieved a D and was sad. But after talking with a counsler there she explained to me that I needed the books they suggested. they follow their guildlines of their test. So buy their books, and if you want we can study together at a mutual place. I have done all of the prereqa acept for Socialology. Good Luck and get back at me..............................

Hi, I originally started in California and have worked at Grady twice, learned a lot of hands on and legal aspects of institutional enviroment. I have landed a position at Henry Medical Ctr. in an observation unit that deals with a lot of cardiac pts and we have three peds beds available. Its a nice place, most of the employee are up beat. Give them a call and if you come LPN started August 1,05 in the observation unit. Good Luck jr
