  1. hi, I was wondering if those of you who just got accepted to both campuses could please (if not done already) post their full stats: GPA and TEAS score. Those that did not get accepted (yet) should please post theirs too. Thank You
  2. Hi guys, congrats to all those who got in :) I'm a TWU hopeful and was hoping you guys that got in/didn't get in could post what your stats (GPA & TEAS SCORES) were. Thank you congrats again
  3. AWW I'm glad you did get into HBU, now you can start the program and move on. By the way, what were your stats?
  4. Hey, congrats.. Do you mind posting what your stats are?
  5. Did you call them to ask? Your gpa and hesi look fine.
  6. My potential GPA is a little on the lower end and it scares me because I cannot repeat any more classes to potentially raise my GPA and I will not have completed all the pre-reqs by the time i apply, so how will they go about the calculation?
  7. Is there anyone that got accepted that has not yet completed their pre-requisite courses? Also, can everyone that got accepted please post their stats? (HESI, GPA and support GPA). Thanks Congrats also on getting in....
  8. Is there anyone that got accepted that has not yet completed their pre-requisite courses?
  9. What did you study for the TEAS? and how much studying did you do?
  10. Wow. Your teas score really helped a lot. Thanks. This is all useful information. Thank you. Beat of luck in whatever path you choose
  11. that's the highest teas score I've seen so far. Congrats. What did you use to study and for how long did you study for the TEAS test?
  12. Congrats to those that have been accepted!!! The wait is finally over. Can those that were accepted/not accepted post their stats so I know where I stand with my GPA for the next admission cycle? This is really important. Thank you. Congratulations again ???
  13. It did help thanks. I've been trying to project what my GPA might be and worry thatbits might be too low. And PVAMU still does the HESI. It's twu that does the teas. I'm just comparing both schools to see where I have better chances. Although the fact that PVAMU program is 2.5 years kinda bums me out. But it's better than none for sure.
  14. Oh wow that's very high
  15. I have contacted them but everytime I call prairie view, the lady there is super rude or never wants to give me any info, that's why I kinda had to come back here to ask accepted students...still trying to choose between uthsc, texas woman's and prairie view.
  16. Hi, I am interested in applying to Texas woman's to finish the Texas core and then finally get into the program and I wanted to ask from recent students who just got into the program what their stats were, in terms of GPA and TEAS scores, including the lowest... I'm trying to compare between PVAMU and TWU, so Prairie view students are also welcome to post theirs too.... Thanks and God bless... Any other input and advice will be very welcome..
  17. Do you live by yourself or with parents?
  18. Will you be living on campus at BC? I got accepted into the pre-nursing program but have accomodation issues coz i do not know if I will be able to afford the dorm fees..
  19. Which do you think makes more sense/is more cost effective? Getting my RN license here in MN and while finishing my BSN (one semester before graduation) I start the endorsement process or Sit for my NCLEX and apply for NJ BON by examination and when i pass, i move down to NJ to finish my BSN with a job in a LTC? Another option which i do not think is possible is getting my RN license in NJ but staying back in MN to finish my BSN while working as a CNA? Is that feasible? What do you think?
  20. Can I take my NCLEX here in minnesota and opt for my license to be issued in NJ instead of going through the endorsemesnt process? Which process is better? Also, do nursing homes accept 2-year RN while I complete my BSN?
  21. Hi, I'm currently taking classes for my RN, i was thinking of finishing my BSN in New jersey, which is where i intend to move to eventually and i have a few questions. 1. How much of a hassle is it to get an admission (I plan to go to Rutgers for rn to bsn), transfer my license to New Jersey to finish up my BSN and is it worth it? 2. Will i be able to get a job as a nurse before my license is transferred incase i need extra money to pay tuition? 3. How long does it take to transfer my license from Minnesota to new jersey? 4. Should i stay back in Minnesota to finish my BSN and then transfer my license and move to new jersey? would that be easier? Most importantly, i would love for someone to work me through the license transfer process. thank you for your time. Every input is welcome.. Thank you
  22. Did you retake your TEAS? Or did you apply to the program with the score on your first attempt?
  23. Your GPA of 3.639, is this your cumulative undergrad GPA or the GPA from your pre-requisites?
  24. what was your GPA before you took the TEAS test?
  25. How do you plan to juggle a CNA job with nursing school workload? Is it possible to only work as a CNA in the summer?
