    I have 17 residents and it takes about 2 to 2 1/2 hours
  5. we chart on any "skilled" resident once a day any incidents such as falls, vomiting, diarrhea, anyone on antibiotics chart x72hours
  6. same thing but I was told not to chart bruise but "ecchymosis"
  7. we find out what their favorite meal is and our administrator goes out to a restaurant and gets it
  8. We send the whole card but do a two person count before giving the card to the RP. Then we go over the count with the family and have them sign

Can anyone help out????our census is about 40 residents, staff 2 nurses a shift, have a DON, ADON and administrator.3-4 CNA's per shift depending on census Ideas were to increase our lunches to 45 minutes. they strip and wash the sheets everyday, I suggested changing them just on shower days twice a week Can you help me with any ideas? ANY?
