Its not an easy thing !! in my case, it was so depressing how family members just dropped off their love one and hardly visited and expect the world.Another huge turn off for me was the Admin had no idea what nursing was all about, they just saw $$$ and didn't really care much about the Patients.

I've been having the same issue, everyone is looking for experience. I don't know how to get experience if no body wants to hire you. I've tried volunteering, but i end up becoming a babysitter and i've been told not to use my skills as an LPN

I have a learning disability and I'm learning what works for me !! We live and learn ! I count pulses on and use I use my fingers to count if possible or count for one min..

I can speak from experience.. You have to find your own unique study pattern that fits with your disability.. Somebody ask me how I study and when I told them they thought I was crazy, but hey that works for me and it gets me positive results.. I don't think someone else can tell you how to study we all aren't the same. I always say what works for me may not work for you. no.. what i said was basically from my understanding the system was created so that the young healthy pay in to the system to help cover the cost of those who are chronically ill and when those youngster become older the next generation will pay for them.... my simple understanding
