I've also heard about the unfair grading tactics placed on students. I know of a person who flunked out of the program because she was one percent off of the required percentage needed to pass

There are LPN programs in Davenport, Schoolcraft, Everest, and Dorsey. If you're willing to commute to Ohio there's many in Toledo including Professional Skills Institute, Toledo School of Practical Nursing, Athena, and Stratenburger.
