  1. hrdrew I was also wondering this. Any current students /recent graduates with feedback on the nights/weekends program? Any feedback is appreciated. I live a little over an hour away and will be working 20-30 hours a week (no kids/family responsibilies and I'm not sure if I want to do this program or a traditional rn program closer to home.
  2. I just purchased this one based on reviews from two of my classmates. I went to ebags.com and and used a 10% off coupon and free shipping which was a pretty nice deal. I can't wait to get it.
  3. Thanks again! :) I kinda figured the clinicals thing wouldn't be guaranteed. I'm just concerned with the driving in Cleveland in the winter.I think winter hits Cleveland a little harder than my town. The list of areas to avoid would be MUCH appreciated haha
  4. Thats nice of you to come back and answer questions and Congrats on graduating.Did you do the daytime,evening/weekend, or UH cohort? Can you tell me what the interviews consisted of(types of questions asked etc.)?
  5. I'm back with more questions!lol What does the typical schedule look like? How many days per week are the clinicals? How many hours are you actually in class each day? Do you have the option to pick clinical locations or are you pretty much stuck with whatever location you're assigned to? Any recommendations for housing?I'm not from the area. Thanks for any feedback. It'll be a another month before I can attend an info session and I'm full of questions. :)
  6. I second the quizlet recommendation. If you pay a yearly fee, you can even add pictures to your flashcards which I found very helpful for my lab practicals. I am terrible with science and math and I managed to pull off an A. Good Luck with your studies.
  7. Thanks OU!I did read that BW rushed it in another post but I was hoping they had worked out the kinks by now.I like the idea of the Kent UH cohort because all of my classes/clinicals would be in the same place(or at least thats what the website said). Picking a school is turning into a headache!LOL thanks for the help
  8. OUxPhys and Richelle, Would one of you be able to tell me if all of the clinicals take place at the Cleveland Clinic?I am still trying to decide if I want to apply to CSU,Kent State(University Hospital Cohort), or Baldwin Wallace and knowing where the clinicals are located would help me.Thanks :)
  9. I use a tiny dab of "Look Ma,new hands" from bath and body works. I also use Hard as Hoof nail cream for my cuticles which keeps them nice between manicures.
  10. I plan to spend tons of time with my friends and family now. I also will be taking a STNA course.I already have experience with patient contact in a hospital from a previous internship but I my school recommends becoming an STNA for a better feel of the basics.
